I got hit by a car today , around Jibowu;yaba axis on coming back from a shoot session at onike. It all happened very fast and rapid , the man that hit me saw that I was losing consciousness already hence he suggested we go to the nearest hospital. The nearest hospital was Military Hospital Yaba, we got there I was bleeding and dozing off already and all this fuxkers cared about was if I had their hospital card or not . We begged them to treat me first but they insisted it was their policy and protocol . The man that hit me placed me on a chair to go register me so I can get their card amidst bleeding and fighting for consciousness btw, it took about 1 hour 30 minutes to get the said card . I had slept off and woke up almost twice before I could even be attended to Their supposing nurses and staffs were there and was just gisting , they saw me battling for my life all they cared about was if I was male or female (arguing) because I was on braids . It’s so sad that kind of reception Although, I eventually got attended to, got treatment and meds but it’s just so sad that kind of reception. I was just telling myself nahhh I gotta stay strong Typing this in my ride heading home Thank God for life.
