The manosphere offers young men a script for life, and sadly, it is more tangible than what liberal society offers. We are quite good at telling people what not to become, but considerably weaker at providing thick, compelling accounts of what they should become.

I've written about my own experiences as a teen. I was fortunate. However, we have relatively few recognised coming-of-age pathways through which adults deliberately initiate young people into responsibility, virtue and adulthood.
