Why did you choose Mandarin language service when the customer service assigned doesn't speak Mandarin? It feels really awful. Are there any Mandarin-speaking customer service representatives available?

My phone is broken. The previous phone had Onetoken authentication. How can I re-login to OCBC Digital on the new device? It keeps saying "You have reached the maximum number of allowed SMS OTP attempts."

We would prefer to have specialized customer service representatives fluent in Mandarin to cater to our clientele based in Mandarin-speaking regions, as opposed to utilizing English-speaking customer service personnel."

I wish to communicate with customer service via email. It's 2024, and I'm wondering why OCBC is still using paper mail. I feel it's very inconvenient when trying to reach out for issues. Even as an OCBC customer, why do I have to log in to my account to use email to contact you?
