Don't understand sharing what you've gone through is a way not only to help yourself, but could help someone else. Knowing you are not alone is important and healthy.
This is why I believe a lot of men die right after their wives. When wives can live decades after thier husbands. Cause they don't have another healthy way to express their feelings and they lost the only one they could express it to.

During college, I went to a small party at a frat house with a guy “friend”. I had a drink without realizing it contained alcohol and may have been spiked.
Later, we went back to his room to play Hollow Knight. I don't remember much of what happened that night, but I woke up in his bed with hickeys all over my body.
