I’m very proud to say that we are on track to deliver a world-class stadium on the RFK campus by 2030. But we won’t be delivering just the status quo. We will deliver a whole new neighborhood on these 180 acres. The RFK Master Plan we submitted to the DC Council today lays it all out: world-class sports, great parks, better connections to the Anacostia River, youth sports—and, importantly, we’re delivering jobs and homes. We’re ready for the biggest economic development project in Washington, DC’s history.

A beautiful afternoon of connection, conversation, and community at the Ward 7 Senior Lunchtime Mix & Mingle! I appreciated the opportunity to speak with our seniors, hear what matters most to them, and share a few laughs along the way. Thank you to the DC Office of Planning and the Greater Washington Urban League for creating such a welcoming space at Marvin Gaye Park. Our seniors are the heart of our communities, and their voices must remain at the center of our district’s future.

DC's Art Ave just won the 2026 IDA Downtown Achievement Award for Excellence! With $844k from our Streets for People grant program, @goldentria hosted an outdoor gallery walk of public art featuring 13 sculptures and 4 storefront murals around Farragut Square.
