Oxford United can confirm, following an oral renewal hearing earlier today, that a High Court Judge has refused permission for a judicial review relating to the planning permission for the Club’s proposed new stadium.
Having heard submissions from Counsel for each of Friends of Stratfield Brake (the Claimant), Cherwell District Council, Oxfordshire County Council and Oxford United, the Judge concluded that the grounds of challenge were unarguable.

This weekend, we were proud to support the Bradley Lowery Foundation’s campaign alongside Oxford United in the Community, as part of Childhood Cancer Awareness Month.
Together, we donated mascot places at our game against Cambridge United to young patients receiving cancer care at Oxford Children’s Hospital.

It was a pleasure to host Gabriel at the Kassam Stadium today.
This was Gabe’s first fixture back after a long stint in the hospital after an anatomy reversal, a pull-through surgery for Hirschsprung’s disease, and the removal of his tonsils and adenoids.
We had been in touch with Gabe and his family throughout the process, so it was great to hear he was out of the hospital and we loved having him along today.

Players will enter the stadium via the entrance next to the Ticket Office, with barriers in place on either side of the walkway from the players’ car park.
