BANGALORE : SAVING A LIFE
Few days ago, we received a distress message from a man on the verge of taking his life. He said his matrimonial dispute has left him bankrupt. We spoke to him. Asked him to hold on. He was staying at bus stop, railway stations abandoned by those who he once called a family.
We helped him with some funds immediately & yesterday I reached out to Ashish from OYO seeking help, if we could arrange something for him for few days until we find him a job & get him medical treatment.
Ashish not only reverted immediately late in the night but got this man a dignified stay until Monday, arranging a pickup for him from a lodge as he has no money.
So incredibly thankful to you @oyorooms @oyo4u for your humanitarian gesture & Kudos to Ashish for always being there for help
We have arranged for a medical checkup of this person on Monday
We @ekamnyaay shall try our level best to save this life
