The PSA x Vibes promo card will be available at San Diego Comic-Con this week while supplies last.
First 100 people to submit cards for grading at the PSA booth every day receive the graded promo card.
PSA teamed up with Orange Cap Games, creators of the Vibes trading card game based on the Pudgy Penguins franchise, for an SDCC-exclusive promo card.
