After speaking to the @CestusNetwork team I realised they didn't scam anyone they just botched the launch by directing ALL fees to holders and not themselves, and of course I lost out after they migrated to a new token.
Though, team are actually trying to recompense holders now. All creator fees from their new token will be given to the community to garner some goodwill.
I told them even though I was the top holder I'm happy to be paid last and all the smaller wallets to get something first.
I don't know how the community will react to this but I appreciate how communicative @OctaTarik has been in the process.
From a tech standpoint the project is really cool and better than some other competitors 10-50x their mcap so I hope they focus on shipping, increasing revenue, and paying everyone back as much as they can and build from there 🙏

We're starting verification against the snapshot and on-chain data, and payments will go out in phases as requests are verified, starting with the first batch tomorrow. This isn't all requests at once, larger and more complex claims will take longer to check properly.
Payments will be sent to the RH wallet address provided in your submission. We'll publish the total amount allocated and every payout on-chain as we go.

We understand that many of you experienced losses following the Cestus relaunch, and we're sorry for how this played out. The relaunch was necessary to secure the funding needed to sustain and develop the project, but the rollout and communication around it could have been handled better.
To begin making this right, we are allocating creator fees from the relaunched token to reimburse eligible initial investments (excluding profits). Payouts are subject to verification and available funds, and may be made pro-rata.

Compensation scheme
Following the decision to re-launch the Cestus Network project in consultation with the Pons launchpad team as per our original post.
We're aware that many investors in the original Contract were impacted.
As a result we have taken a snapshot and are working internally on a compensation scheme for all those affected. We will share more details soon.
Cestus Network is a legitimate project focused on AI and our focus is on the long term development of the project.

Ok this isn't an ideal scenario, but as per the team discussion with @PonsFamilyEco the best thing to do was to re-launch due to the team not receiving any fees or incentives.
The original launch didn't go fully as planned.
Obviously operating any project comes with costs and so does development so I understand the logic behind this although it comes with it's downsides.
At end of the day, it doesn't negate what was built, and there will be a lot of negativity, and I expect as much.
But for the project to truly be able to continue building, financing marketing activities and even eventually listings, the right incentives need to be in place.

We want to share an important update on Cestus and the reasons behind it.
Since the original launch, the Cestus team has not received any creator fees. We took this up with the Pons launchpad team and worked with them to find a fix. After reviewing the situation, their recommendation was that the best path forward is to re-launch the token.
We know a re-launch isn't ideal, so here's why it matters. Creator rewards exist to give builders the means to keep building. With the current setup, the team hasn't earned a single cent from fees, and the dev allocation is locked up as well. Without any funding, it's very hard to cover project expenses and operating costs, let alone grow the project.
Cestus is an AI utility project, and the first of its kind on RH. We want it to have a long-term future, and that requires the team to have the resources to keep developing, shipping and supporting the community.
What this means for you
The token has been re-launched and the new contract address is 0x6b1ca8209a695b27835964c00ac398f5d4f87a22
Thank you all for your patience and support. We're committed to building Cestus into something worthwhile, and this re-launch is a necessary step to make that possible.
Please be careful: only trust the contract address posted in our official channels. We will never DM you asking for funds.

As expected Crypto is a strange place and people speculate. For clarification, no, my account hasn't been hacked. Yes I am working with the Cestus team to take advantage of the massive growth in demand for inference.
The plan moving forward will be to scale with more node providers while I will be leveraging my connections and onboarding various customers and businesses to generate revenue.
I also worked closely with the team and played a key role in driving the product development to make the technology what it is now.
