📕New publication in #OncoImmunology by a team led by #PIIO Recruit @A_Wieland_PhD. Bahhar et al. show that #HPV-specific #Bcell responses in patients with HPV+ #HNC target much more than the classic oncoproteins E6 & E7, with responses against E1 & E2 dominating both intratumorally & systematically. The team also developed a novel flow-based assay they called MAFIA to allow for absolute quantification of tumor-specific antibody responses across antigen reactivities, antibody isotopes and subclasses.
