Join us on Thursday 12th November got our SEND and Attendance coffee afternoon.

We hope everyone enjoys their half term and we look forward to welcoming the students back on Monday 2nd November.

Well done to the form groups who won the attendance challenge for their year group! We hope they enjoyed their breakfast and it was a nice treat to start the day!

To support Breast Cancer Awareness Month the staff held a wellbeing breakfast before school and wore pink. We had a great morning and managed to raise £222 for this amazing charity.

On Monday, we had Dr Brian Hall from the University of Salford come into school to give an external talk to some of our KS3 students. He lead a session on archive work during WW1.

We had an end of term treat carving pumpkins, and Marshmallows and hot chocolates by the fire. The students then erected their hammocks for a rest.

Our Year 11 students met with a range of local colleges and sixth forms. These sessions helped students explore post‑16 pathways, ask questions, and gain valuable insight into the courses and opportunities available to them. A huge thank‑you to all the providers who visited.

Congratulations to our year 11 students nominated for Proud Thursday this week! Well done for all your hard work! Keep it up !

Congratulations to our year 9 girls who completed their G.L.A.M Academy course. G.L.A.M Academy is an alternative provision working with local schools. Their programme provides opportunities to develop Mathematics, English and PSHE skills in a different and exciting way.

Please check out some of the great groups you can get involved with at the Park Community Hub!
