I finally tried FUD Markets, and my first experience was interesting but not exactly smooth. I initially tried taking a position on ANSEM, but I was told another party needed to take the opposite position before the trade could proceed. I wasn't immediately sure what that meant, so I cancelled it and tried ETH instead. The ETH position is where I got stuck. It has been showing “confirming on Solana” since last night, with no obvious next step. Clicking the position doesn't bring up anything, and I couldn't find a way to close it either. I like the idea behind FUD Markets, especially the fact that you're taking a position against another participant rather than simply trading against a house. But as a first-time user, I found the flow difficult to understand. I'd like to see clearer feedback around transaction confirmation, matching, and what happens after opening a position. Even a simple status explanation or link to the pending transaction would make the experience much easier to follow. I'd definitely be interested in trying it again once I understand the mechanics better, but my experience showed me that the UX still has some explaining to do. @FUDmarkets @GenLayer

Just tested @FUDmarkets on Solana after seeing it go live. Wallet connected without any stress. Getting trading permission approved also went through on the first try. I deposited $2 USDC, but the deposit took a while to show reflect on my account, so my first experience wasn’t smooth and concerning. Once the funds finally appeared I opened a position on the BTC market and open long. The user to user setup is what stood out for me, you’re matching against another trader on markets, not betting against the platform. So to rap it up it was was using @FUDmarkets, but they should work better on there deposit option for seamless trade. Powered by @GenLayer.

FUD Markets is now live on Solana! @FUDmarkets is a prediction market where you can take short term positions (including 1 hour markets) and resolution is handled by @GenLayer instead of a regular oracle. I personally don't have a lot of experience with prediction markets so when i heard the news i decided to jump in and try it out. Deposited some funds and opened a few positions just to see how the full experience actually feels. Here’s my honest take 👇 There were a few things i liked and some issues i ran into. WHAT I REALLY LIKED I liked the fact that we could fund straight from Solana with no bridging steps. I liked that they have short-term markets (especially the 1h ones) so you don’t have to wait for days just to see if your call was right or wrong. I liked that the interface was clean and simple THE ISSUES I FACED The experience wasn’t all that smooth though. Like authorizing seamless trading took me almost a full day of trying before it finally worked (though for some others it worked right away). Once that was sorted, the deposit itself was fast and showed up in a few minutes but i know of some people whose deposit took an entire day to reflect. I tried opening a BTC market first but got a little impatient waiting for a counterparty, so I had to cancel and switch to another which was Ansem market and i took a short. The trade went through, but the position didn’t show up immediately on my portfolio. I kept refreshing for almost an hour and getting the same outcome. It was it hours later when I came back to check that i saw it had finally reflected. SUGGESTIONS (if i may) 1. Positions should reflect immediately after opening. 2. Fix issues with seamless trading authorization. 3. You might also want to look into the deposit delay; i didnt directly experience this but i heard from some others that it took a while for their deposits to reflect. 4. I was unable to connect my Telegram account to my profile, but discord and X were perfect. Overall, FUD.markets on Solana has a solid foundation. I’ll definitely be back to use it again, but I’d love to see these UX issues tightened up so the next experience feels smoother and more seamless, not just for me but for everyone. I tried @FUDmarkets on Solana. Connected my wallet and I approved seamless trading. I deposited $1.04 USDC and opened a short on BNB I didn't experience any issue while using it. Fud market is powered by @GenLayer and I will continue to use it. Let's FUD!
