All Splatanas and most Dualies can phase through the Steel Eel's wall of ink. You must be as close to the wall as possible and it must be fairly straight. GTana, GDualies, Dousers, and Splat Dualies are the most reliable, while the other Splatanas are a tad more difficult.

You can phase through Scrapper shields with every Splatana. It's the easiest with Mint and GTana but also possible with Stamper and Wiper. The Scrapper must be moving toward you or fully stunned for it to work reliably.
