Building market infrastructure for institutional-grade commercial real estate. Tokenization • servicing • reporting • transfer controls.

You can tokenize a building. You still need to understand the building CAP RATE is one of the simplest ways to evaluate real estate: annual income relative to property value. In other words, it helps answer a basic investor question: What is this asset actually earning for its price?

A market is a coordination system before it is a trading venue. The value comes when different participants can trust the same ownership, valuation and transaction data.

Tokenization is not the revolution. Productive tokenization is. The next trillion dollars won't come from issuing more tokens. It will come from putting tokenized assets to work.

The best infrastructure disappears. Nobody thinks about TCP/IP when opening a website. One day, investors may stop thinking about the blockchain underneath an asset too.

Real estate has spent decades as a slice of the portfolio. Tokenization changes the unit of access: from broad allocation to individual assets, with ownership, cash flow and data represented onchain. The portfolio doesn’t disappear. It gets more granular.

One day, a building may be known by two addresses. A physical address that tells you where it stands. And a digital address that connects authorized users to its ownership records, valuations, leases, cash flows and transfer history. For investors, that could mean less time piecing together documents and more time assessing the asset. The value of that second address would depend on how reliably its records reflect what is happening at the first.

We asked what matters most in tokenized real estate. Most of the responses highlighted ownership transparency and better asset data. As @arthurkatz_eth pointed out, the two go hand in hand. Knowing what you own is only part of the equation. You also need reliable data to understand what it's worth. Tokenization doesn't replace underwriting.
What matters MOST tokenized real estate? A) 24/7 trading B) Transparent ownership C) Better asset data D) Faster settlement Let us know which ⬇️

One building touches a dozen systems. Title registry, lender, property manager, valuer, fund admin, investor portal. Each holds a piece of the picture, but the information doesn’t always match or arrive at the same time. So you digitize the pieces. Great. You still have twelve systems that don’t talk, now with better interfaces. The connections are the product.

Where do investor distributions actually come from? It starts with the property. Tenants pay rent, operating costs are covered, and the remaining cash flow may be distributed to investors. Tokenization changes the rails, not the economics behind them.

A small piece of technology helped reshape the modern city. Before air conditioning, offices relied much more on open windows, fans and natural ventilation. Once large buildings could be cooled mechanically, deeper floor plates and sealed glass towers became far more practical. Air conditioning did more than make offices comfortable. It changed what commercial buildings could look like, where they could be built and how much usable space they could hold.

A property doesn't need to change hands for its investment structure to change. Debt can be refinanced. Leases can be renegotiated. Investors can enter or exit. Tokenized real estate needs infrastructure that can keep up with the asset throughout its lifecycle, not just at issuance.

Wall Street is building around the token. Trading rules. Settlement networks. Fund distribution. Security and market data. Last week brought major developments across all five. Here's what happened and why it matters 🧵👇

8/ Our POV: Tokenization can change how an investment is issued, distributed and transferred. It doesn't remove the need for sound underwriting, enforceable rights, reliable data or secure infrastructure. The asset, legal structure and technology all need to work together.
