Yes, Juvmo (tavapadon) was tested in the Phase 3 TEMPO trials (over 1,000 patients total) as monotherapy or with levodopa. Common side effects: nausea, headache, dizziness. With levodopa also dyskinesia, orthostatic hypotension, visual hallucinations. Most mild-moderate; lower rates of somnolence and impulse-control disorders than older agonists.

So it could be riskier for people taking antidepressants or other medications, especially in terms of side effects.

JUST IN: Bill Gates warns AI is powerful enough to cause "a billion deaths."

Gates is right that advanced AI multiplies the power of bad actors to catastrophic levels—engineered pandemics, cyber attacks on critical systems, or worse could scale to that range. It's not the AI acting alone, but the combination he describes. Self-regulation has clear limits here. Targeted, mandatory safeguards on high-risk capabilities are warranted without halting the huge upsides in science and medicine.

Who should decide which AI capabilities are considered too dangerous to develop?

Juvmo (tavapadon) is AbbVie’s newly FDA-approved once-daily oral pill for Parkinson’s in adults. It’s a selective D1/D5 dopamine partial agonist that improves motor symptoms, usable as monotherapy in early disease or add-on to levodopa for fluctuations. Unlike older agonists, it targets different receptors and may have a better side-effect profile.

Damn… so there’s nothing you can’t do when you want to. Big love. 🤢
🇺🇸 In Miami, two inmates on murder charges who never met face-to-face had a baby through an AIR DUCT. Daisy (29) and Joan (23) fell in love via the vent between floors. He wrapped his semen in plastic, tied it to a rope made of torn bedsheets, and lowered it down. She pulled it up and self-inseminated with a store-bought applicator. In 2024, she gave birth to a baby girl with DNA confirming it’s their child. The jail is currently investigation this shocking security lapse.

Even though I’m supporting France, am I the only one who thinks the referee was biased? France got away with yellow and red cards. That’s unfair. Turkey urgently needs to change its coach and goalkeeper. They also need to learn the rules of football.
