This is why we are gradually scaling the batching system, allowing us to increase KYC completion speed while maintaining a balance between platform reliability and KYC processing speed. If you have completed Step 1, check your KYC Dashboard for your updated queue position and estimated unlock time. When your slot becomes available, request your OTP, verify your email and proceed with the remaining KYC steps when they become available to you. If you have not completed Step 1 yet, complete it now to secure your place in the Step 2 queue.
