A healthy ecosystem is not defined by whether one proposal passes or fails. We will miss opportunities. Some decisions will look wrong in hindsight. Others will create opportunities we cannot see yet. That is how complex adaptive systems evolve. Cardano is not building a product with a fixed roadmap. We are collectively building generational technology while simultaneously learning how to integrate it into economic, social and political systems in ways that have never existed before. No single funding decision determines that outcome. The important thing is that the system remains open, adaptive and capable of generating the next opportunity.
