Today, the @SFGiants hosted Pediatric Cancer Awareness Day in partnership with @ucsfchildrens, honoring the children and families impacted by pediatric cancer. 🧡🎗️ More than 500 guests, including patients, survivors, families, oncology nurses and doctors, joined us as we celebrated survivors, recognized children undergoing treatment and thanked the incredible community supporting them throughout their journeys.

In 2019, Cameron was diagnosed with brain cancer and began his journey with @UCSFChildrens, where his neuro-oncology and neurosurgical care teams developed a treatment plan focused on fighting his cancer while preserving his quality of life. Today, Cameron and his family are celebrating four years of clear scans. 🧡🎗️ Cameron rang the bell at Oracle Park in recognition of this incredible milestone – and as a symbol of hope for children continuing their own cancer journeys.
