> Briefly, tell us about yourself
Ans: I'm RAPHAEL HOANG, out of Vietnam, with a builder / developer / founder background. These days I live at the intersection of building and investing in crypto shipping product, researching projects, and staying close to the NEAR ecosystem. I'm building Trustflow JSC, a Web3 consulting company, and I spend a lot of my time on AI x crypto.
> When did you join Web3 / crypto?
Ans: Late 2017, early 2018 and I joined with heavy losses. My very first investment was ETH, bought at around $1,000. I never sold it, but I lost the private key after switching laptops, and that fund is gone forever. An expensive first lesson in self-custody.
> When and how did you join NEAR?
Ans: It was 2020. I first heard about NEAR from a Vietnamese investment community, bought in at around $1, and sold it all at $7 cashed out and set something aside for myself and my family. After that NEAR ran to $20, so I missed the bigger win, but I'm at peace with it: I hit my expectation.
> Your stake on governance and is House of Stake a win or a loss?
Ans: I read it as a win, with caveats. House of Stake replaced a messy committee era with something legible: veNEAR vote-escrow that rewards long-term alignment.
> What are you building/creating recently?
Ans: Trustflow JSC - a Web3 company in Vietnam focused on the legal side and the local market. We bring foreign projects into Vietnam, connect foreign investors to eligible local projects, handle trading licenses in Vietnam, build AI x crypto analyst tools for our community, and more.
> You've been here a while, how has the journey been?
Ans: I've been here eight years now. I don't have a big headline win like the KOLs and influencers out there. My biggest win is myself. Through non-stop learning and improving, I now have a great job, good pay, a reputation as an expert in the space, and many great friends.
> One chance to revive a silent/dead NEAR project. which, and why?
Ans: I don't think we need to. We're doing well. All we have to do is keep moving forward and focus on real revenue in a fast-moving market.
> One piece of advice for normies / NEAR Legion
Ans: NEAR is good but you still need to: survive, stay passionate, put fund safety first, and never go all-in on a single bet. Hard times will come for you, sooner or later.
> Which AI coins are you holding, and why?
Ans: NEAR. Why? Because it's the best, built by the best people in the space. And honestly, that's it and I hold it not because it's an "AI coin," to be clear.
> How do you see this cycle does it favor
$NEAR ?
Ans: I'm not sure. If we stay true to who we are, then maybe just maybe. NEAR is already at a $2–3B market cap. That's low compared to the top coins, but high compared to 99% of the market: not high enough to reflect its products and contribution to this space, but not so low that it's easy to pump and dump on market sentiment alone.
> Your IronClaw experience
Ans: IronClaw is the encrypted, enclave-native evolution of OpenClaw from NEAR AI - Rust, WASM sandboxing, credential protection, local-first data, built so your keys and data actually stay yours while agents run.
> If you were Illia Polosukhin for a day, what would you do differently?
Ans: I've never really thought about it. The one thing I'd do differently is not focus only on the technical side, but also keep an eye on the financial side.
> Parting words
Ans: We're still good. I can't say we're early anymore, but we're doing well. Keep supporting, keep contributing and we'll get to where we deserve to be.
