"When I’m giving you my money for the yield, you’re saying, hey, there’s basically no risk here, and I’m gonna give you back this percent. With stocks, okay, what are their earnings? How did they perform? Did they beat expectations? How are their cash flows? Is the stock going to go up? 5% risk-free yields means that stocks have a pretty high hurdle that they have to beat to be interesting."
