Every Orthodox Christian should be well informed on this matter as it unfortunately touches upon the causes or continued reasons for a demonic wedge between Orthodox Churches and peoples.
This does not mean that anyone closes his eyes to abuses and departures from Orthodoxy on the other side of the divide. Rather, it means stop blindly accepting and pushing agendas and persons which serve the division of the faithful.
I already knew Zelensky was a piece of shit, but I had no idea it was this bad. This interview is a MUST WATCH. It’ll open your eyes to what’s really going on in Ukraine and how morally corrupt the leadership in Brussels is.

— About the sweet immersion? No one starts with that as the goal.
— Yes, Geronda, one does not set off to acquire that experience, but what is the struggle that must precede it?
— Basically, there must be no selfishness; there must be nobility of spirit and the willingness to sacrifice.
The surest way is for one to cultivate the Prayer in a noble manner. That is to say, one must think of the abundant benefactions of God and one's own tremendous ingratitude before God. Then the soul is pressed, humbly, on its own, out of a sense of philotimo, and, anguished, asks for the mercy of God. Thus, the need for the mercy of God is constantly increased, and the Prayer becomes a prayer of the heart that gradually brings the sweetness of divine solace into the soul, and divine exultation, later on.

This miracle shows what sets Orthodoxy apart from Protestantism and Catholicism. When the tumor vanished from the Protestant patient, an Orthodox icon was present, together with an object from the Vatican and a Protestant pastor’s prayers. Yet the moment the icon left her, an old illness returned and she could barely walk; when it was given back to her, she recovered at once. Furthermore, her mother placed the icon under her pillow, and years of backache almost disappeared. In this, God’s peculiar grace through the Orthodox icon is made plain—and it points to where the True Faith abides.
