Ossoff: Let's just step back for a moment and look at this situation. You've got a sitting member of the U.S. House, who we know has had neo-Nazi propaganda produced on his property. Apparently, according to The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, that continues to this day. Even if he weren't running for the U.S. Senate, is this not one of the most significant political scandals in Georgia's history? A sitting member of the U.S. House has a neo-Nazi propagandist based on his property. Refuses to say, by the way, how much his business has paid that neo-Nazi propagandist. Now let's add to it. We have leaked communications documenting that the congressman's office sought to intervene with the FBI and the DOJ on behalf of one of the country's most notorious Holocaust deniers. And while doing so, his senior staff briefed some of the country's most notorious white supremacists. These are objectively shocking facts that warrant the full attention of the press corps here in Georgia and that obligate Congressman Mike Collins, who is seeking a six-year term in the U.S. Senate, to come out and come clean and release these records in full.

Ossoff: As grim as things have been, there really is so much that we can accomplish as a nation once we come back together. Look, the American people, not just Democrats, are opposed to secret corporate money in politics. The American people, not just Democrats, believe that insurance companies shouldn't be able to deny us the health care that we need. The American people, not just Democrats, want us to take AI seriously and our obligations to govern on behalf of our national security and the security of future generations seriously. And I hope that the example of these conservative Republican mayors in Georgia backing my campaign gives people some hope that we can come together again as a country and achieve great national things together.

And, Athens, to be clear, "getting this done" means funneling your money to the president’s son’s investment.

Ossoff: I had intended at this event to address the ongoing scandal of Congressman Mike Collins and his refusal to cooperate with the federal investigation into the illegal misuse of tax dollars, it had been my intention to come and address that scandal and to call on the congressman to commit to testifying in that matter. But then I saw the stunning news this morning in the Washington Post that should shock the conscience of every Georgian, confirming yet more extensive ties between Congressman Mike Collins and white nationalism, and Congressman Mike Collins and neo-Nazi ideology.

Ossoff: We already knew about the neo-Nazi propagandist based at his house who produces content for his business. We already knew that his office was briefing some of the nation's most notorious white supremacists on their efforts supporting a Holocaust denier. Now, this morning, thanks to the reporting in the Washington Post, we've seen yet another member of the congressman's staff — this time with swastikas and the costume of the Klan. And absolutely, Georgia voters reject this. And not just Democrats, but Democrats, independents, and Republicans. The State of Georgia rejects hatred. The State of Georgia rejects bigotry. The State of Georgia rejects neo-Nazism. The State of Georgia rejects the Klan.

Ossoff: Apparently, in the White House, the truth hurts. They have lied us into war after promising peace. They've driven inflation skyrocketing, thrown people off their health insurance, doubled health insurance premiums for more than a million Georgians after they promised to bring down prices on day one. And the president's done so, enabled not just by hangers-on and sycophants in the White House, but also Republicans in Congress who have enabled him at every turn. And one of them is Congressman Mike Collins here in Georgia.

Ossoff: It’s been amazing to watch this White House melt down over this all week. And about Natalie Harp, these White House staffers are adults, public officials paid by the taxpayer, with immense power in positions of public trust. And whether it’s Natalie Harp printing out Donald Trump’s daily dose of delusion and flattery, or Peter Navarro steering taxpayer-funded loans to Trump family investments, or Pete Hegseth deluding the president daily into deepening this quagmire in the Middle East, no one cares about their feelings. The sailors on the Lincoln are fighting his war, a war based on lies, while he plays with his new ballroom, flies around on a jet given to him by a foreign prince, and retreats into this circle of sycophantic aides who tell him every day what he wants to hear, not what he needs to hear. This entire White House is responsible for lying the country into war, and for the rest of their careers, they will be known for having participated in this obscenity.
