A lot of people take management courses, watch lectures on leadership, and somehow skip the most basic thing - order. You run a team of 50, but you were watching reels until 3 am, slept through your alarm, rushed out the door in wrinkled clothes, and skipped breakfast because the food delivery took forever. How exactly are you supposed to manage anyone well today? If you want to be a good manager, you first have to learn to manage yourself. I've sat in meetings where someone shares their screen and just... can't find the tab. Dozens of tabs open, the browser lagging from all the switching, everything freezing. If your laptop is chaos, what does that say about how you run a team? If the screen itself is smudged and half-visible - what management are we even talking about? If you can't get your own life in order - always rushing, always behind, what example does that set for your team leads? Remember the movie Limitless, where the pill made the main character's brain run at full capacity? The first thing he did once he got smarter wasn't close a deal or launch a company. He cleaned his apartment. It's simple: order is the foundation everything else is built on - processes, accountability, control, efficiency. So teach yourself to live with order, to control your day, your time. Teach yourself to get angry at chaos and disorder - and managing the world around you will be a whole lot easier.

Exciting UFC fights coming up - I'll be dropping my predictions on Betwave When I was writing my prediction about Makhachev, I mentioned that it's impossible to beat a man who lives like a cyborg and does nothing but train. And I wasn't even surprised when he won, because it's the logical result of thousands of hours of hard work, with no room for anything else. His friend and mentor Khabib is the same story. Each of them has devoted his entire conscious life to this sport and sacrifices everything to become the best at it. They have no distractions from other areas of life, no social life, no compromises. They dominate not because of genetics or where they're from, but because of extreme focus on one goal, the everyday choice to do the same thing over and over. Their whole life is training + training, sometimes a break for cheesecake after cutting weight. You have balance, a little of this + a little of that. How are you going to beat them? It's hard to achieve massive success in something you're not obsessed with. Even if you simply compare, many of their opponents don't have such an approach, not everyone is ready to turn their life into a strict monastic routine for the sake of a championship belt. Maybe that's why one of them remained undefeated, while the other has 17 wins in a row in the UFC. And sure, they'll definitely think about balance, but only after the win.

Guys, I'll never get tired of saying this: play RTS games. Nothing better has been invented yet for training your brain. Just imagine what happens to your brain when it has zero minutes to think, but still has to make decisions, and make them fast. And you're training this constantly. This is a real super pump-up of your cognitive skills. In general, the ability to instantly switch between different types of tasks without losing quality is a skill that'll be useful literally everywhere in life. The world is getting more complicated every year anyway, either robots over there are planning to attack us, or every six months new technologies appear that you need to keep up with. We must pump up our brain to be one step ahead of the world.
Frequent video gamers performed on cognitive tests like non-gamers that were ~13.7 years younger

Is it just me, or are Democrats slowing down the Clarity Act not because they're some kind of hardline anti-crypto, but because they're firmly anti-Trump - who happens to be pro-crypto? Feels like both sides picked their crypto stance just to spite the other one. Is this the checks and balances they taught us about?
The CLARITY Act has been delayed again If for Trump crypto leadership is a strategic race the U.S. cannot afford to lose, then passing the CLARITY Act is no longer just a question of crypto market regulation. It's a question of the country's competitiveness. How is something like that even being delayed?

Those who were bidden, they hunted. A new scam scheme hit the market right at the moment when bullish sentiment started to recover. The $LAPTOP launch on Base turned out to be revolutionary - just not in the sense everyone was hoping for. For the first time, they used a token airdrop scheme targeting Substack subscribers. 20% of supply was reserved for the drop, but the market only had enough liquidity to absorb sell pressure from about 2% of it - after that, the token had already cratered so hard that dumping the rest wasn't even worth it. In other words, just 2% of wallets managed to sell their tokens near peak market cap, each pocketing ~$300k in profit. Who are these 2%? Just lucky subscribers? hehe, possibly :) Blockchain analysts will probably come up with their own theories soon, but watching launches this murky is just plain frustrating. Crypto has already suffered enough from schemes like this in this cycle. Good projects spend years building the industry's reputation as innovative and valuable - and one incident like this wipes out half of that work in an instant. I hope people will keep getting better at separating projects that create real value from outright nonsense.

Work can be part of education - and often its most valuable part Today, young people choose a specialization at a very early age before they have had a chance to gain any real work experience. It’s a questionable bet that you make with the least amount of information you’ll ever have. But there’s a bigger problem than picking the wrong major: it’s the very structure of modern education. It simply doesn't keep up with the speed at which the market changes. While the university develops, approves, and launches a new program, the market will have already managed to create new tools, professions, and requirements for specialists. AI is the most obvious example. Many of the professions and tools forming around AI today simply didn't exist in their current form just a few years ago. iGaming, by the way, is a good example of the reverse sequence. For people to choose this field at 18 is practically impossible, there's most likely simply nowhere to systematically learn it. As a rule, a person first comes to work in the industry, encounters real tasks, tries different directions - and only then starts to understand what actually interests them and what knowledge they're missing. In my view, that kind of education is far more meaningful than spending five years on a major you picked at 18, only to graduate and find your profession has become automated away a couple of years back. That's exactly why my advice to young people is to start working as early as possible. Every year spent exclusively on preparing for life is a year without real experience, mistakes, and feedback. Work is also a skill. And, like most skills, it grows not linearly but exponentially.

Our VIP player Topuria was undeniably a dominant champion with a 17-0 record, and he undeniably came into this fight as the favorite. As I see it, one loss after such a dominant streak is usually a normal reason to grant a rematch in the UFC, especially for a top-tier fighter.
🚨 The UFC is having "internal conversations" to give Ilia Topuria an immediate rematch against Justin Gaethje, per @Jon_Anik "A rematch would be absolutely enormous. Predictively, that's what I think is going to happen." 👀

Yep, the numbers make it pretty clear That’s why we decided to move with Solana. Our token will be on Solana, and SOL deposits/withdrawals have already been rolled out on 1win with a min entry point of $1 Hard to compete with Solana in today’s market when it comes to meeting user demand
Robinhood users are getting raped. I don't know how to say this. I don't mean to fud or hurt your feelings, I genuinely love all of you and wish you nothing but the best in life. - Robinhood fees did $8.2m in a single day with only 14M transactions. - Solana fees were $531k that same day with 309M transactions. - Solana users paid only 6.5% of Robinhood's total fees to execute 22x more transactions than Robinhood. On RH you are paying more for an objectively slower and shittier user experience. Read this again and choose wisely. I love you.

The ethereum:0x07f5b6823751c2e2cd4560f28af75ff887102241 launchpad, deployed on the Robinhood network, is undoubtedly a well-timed combination of several important factors: • A fresh, shiny retail network from an exchange retail genuinely loves • One of the most successful types of consumer app this cycle, if not the most • A strong, revenue-driven tokenomics model • A meaningful wealth effect from the $CASHCAT token's growth But watching ethereum:0x07f5b6823751c2e2cd4560f28af75ff887102241 grow roughly 10x in just a couple of weeks, I want to warn you against impulsive decisions - by pointing to one crucial detail - none of these factors is new on its own. The market has seen each of them before. And simply adding them together doesn't hand the project the one advantage that actually matters on a market as reflexive as crypto - primacy. By primacy, I mean the impossibility of comparing a project to anything else. The very possibility of comparison creates a permanent ceiling on its valuation and puts it in a vulnerable position - any turbulence in the narrative hits it harder than it hits the leaders. And, funnily enough, the sheer number of factors can backfire: more grounds for comparison mean more dependencies on the leaders of each individual narrative. Troubles at Base could spook other exchange-native chains, a $CASHCAT drop could drain liquidity out of the RH Chain, a $PUMP not pumping could reprice memepads, and a $HYPE slowdown could reprice revenue models The cruelest part is that the more time passes since the initial volatility, the more that dependence works against the one playing catch-up, not in their favor. Leaders, with rare exceptions, tend to stay leaders. Remember, the crypto market is deeply reflexive - price action alone shapes how we perceive a project. Don't give in, stay sharp.

If I had to choose just one factor that determines whether a person will achieve a breakthrough in absolutely any endeavor - it would be ambition. Not intelligence, and certainly not innate talent. All of that is secondary and can be developed. But you can't force a person to move forward if they don't internally want more and consciously go where the odds of success are below 30%. And do it without complaining about circumstances and difficulties, accepting uncertainty as part of the path. There are no people with a low bar who've achieved a breakthrough. I don't know a single one. All those who create products, drive progress, and lead strong teams - they're people who always want more. And here's what we end up with. For some, the ceiling of their dreams is stability and the absence of problems. For others, the reward is the scale of the challenges and navigating chaos. That's exactly why people with the same starting point end up in completely different places ten years later. And it's clearly not because one of them had more talent. Ambition, guys. That's what it always comes down to.
