Here's my take on the whole Rashford - United situation.
Both parties needed this for themselves. For too long has Rashford carried United without getting much back and for too long has United relied on individual brilliance from the likes of Rashy, Pogba, Martial & Bruno.

The AfD leaks are absolutely massive, so massive I don’t think anyone has completely gone over all of it.
But what we know so far it’s incredibly dark. This is a violently radical party doing its best not to show its true colours. And succeeding.
❗️ The AfD leak site's thousands of emails shows nazism from party members and staff labeled under racism/antisemitism.
We went through the worst:
1. A 2018 email forwarded by Alexander Gauland concerns a "Hitler-Wallfahrt", a Hitler pilgrimage, by a former judge at the party's Thuringia arbitration court.
2. A member joked in a district WhatsApp group about turning refugees into handbags and boots, an allusion to the Nazi camps.
3. A district chairman quit, saying a board member sent a "Heil Hitler" Christmas card with a swastika and it was laughed off.
4. A Bavarian official urged party leaders to chant "Merkel verrecke", roughly "Merkel, croak", every day.
5. Federal party staff discussed luring a photographer to an event to remove him by force. The thread signs off "Heil und Sieg".
6. A 2025 NRW email is titled "Sale of swastika flags and drugs at the info stand".
7. This year alone, branches moved against members over a Nazi banner with a swastika, a Hitler impression and a call for machine guns against Arab clans.

I really think we need a different type of striker who can create for themselves like Alvarez. We already have Šeško. If we're gonna get a similar striker, get someone like Osimhen
Update on Mateta to United in January by @alex_crook
- Mateta is keen on a move to #mufc in January.
- Palace could be forced to sell (contract expires in the summer + no inclination to extend)
- United have considered Mateta in the past and he's a viable option if they decide to bring in a striker in January.
- There is said to be an acceptance among the United hierarchy they could have done more to address that lack of squad depth in the summer transfer window
