PCCS put our protocol into action Saturday 7/18/26, our Recipient in North Carolina, was not responding to her evening reassurance call. We called her local Sheriff, and they sent an officer for an in person wellness check, (IPWC). Thank God, she was fine, just sleeping hard and did not here the phone ring.
