In web3, everyone is a life coach 🫠.
Advice flies everywhere than Alphas
“Connect with people.”
“Community is important.”
“Build your brand.”
‘It’s not by brand ‘’
“Be visible.”
“Post consistently.”
“Provide value.”
“Grind harder.”
“Don’t chase the algorithm.”
Again, there’s wisdom in all of these.
But there’s a difference between good advice and good advice for you.
You might need connections, but not just more connections.
You might need visibility, but maybe not more visibility : maybe better positioning.
You might need consistency, but perhaps you’re being consistent with the wrong strategy.
You might need to work harder, or perhaps you simply need to work differently.
And maybe that’s why generic advice can become dangerous.
Not because it’s false.
But because we sometimes follow it without questioning whether it belongs to our own journey.
Web3 isn’t a school.
There are no fixed rules.
No textbook.
You write your own.

Yeah your product might be great, but it can be very difficult for people to understand.
Your product needs to be more of clarity than complexity.
At the end of the day people get to use what they fully understand…
Steps to Build a Successful Product!
Building a successful product goes beyond having a great idea.
You need to;
- Start with a clear vision.
Know exactly what you’re trying to build, who it is for, and the problem you want to solve.
Once the vision is clear, build strategies that move you toward it.
- Understand your audience by putting yourself in their shoes.
As a founder, learn how branding, communities, and user behaviour work.
Don’t just build what you think people need, get to understand their problems and create something that genuinely solves them.
- Listen to your community.
Your community can often tell you things you may not see yourself.
Always pay attention to feedback, identify recurring problems, and use those feedbacks to improve your product.
- Build the right team.
A strong product needs a strong team.
Surround yourself with people who understand the product, bring different strengths to the table, and genuinely align with the vision.
- Study trends and act on them.
Learn to pay attention to where the market is moving.
Trends can reveal new opportunities, but the real advantage comes from understanding them early and executing before everyone else catches on.
At the end of the day, successful products aren’t just built.
They’re understood, tested, improved, and constantly adapted.

I didn’t start creating AI videos because they looked cool.
I started because I noticed a communication problem.
I’d scroll through early-stage projects and see endless technical announcements, threads and updates.
But I kept asking:
“Does the average user actually understand what this project does?”
That question changed how I create.
Now, when I work with a project, I look beyond the buzzwords. I understand what they’re building, identify the actual value, then use storytelling, visuals and AI-generated videos to communicate it simply.
Sometimes a 30-second story can make someone understand what a 30-post thread couldn’t.
That’s the direction I’m building in.
And joining @nemovideoai as a CCP gives me another tool to push that vision even further.

It’s a new day, it’s day 5 on $JAMAL
Never shilled a CA or posted a TG link yet. But we cool.

I want to build something people can trust.
So while I work toward that 150-member target, I’m still keeping my eyes on what matters:
Identity.
Activation.
Ownership.
Momentum.
And I’m going to document the process.
No hiding the starting point.

JAMAL DAY 3 of 7 BUILDING IN PUBLIC
It’s been 3days already and like I said it’s not just about numbers, so let’s start with something very important:
>> THE FOUNDER EXPERIENCE.
When I first met the $JAMAL founder, he was skeptical about giving me access to his community.
And honestly I understand that.
Thankfully, $DERPYDAVE openly vouched for me and that gave me the opportunity to prove myself.
I came in.
I started working.
And just 2 days later, the founder was already seeing the difference.
His words:
“WELCOME GREAT MANAGER, I AM HAPPY TO HAVE YOU HERE.”

That message meant something to me.
Because this isn’t just about getting a role.
It’s about giving a founder a reason to feel like they made the right decision by trusting you.
And 3 days in, he was so happy with the progress that he even sent me a reward.
Then he said:
“I’m happy with you. You’re a respectable and special man.”
That says it all for me.
>> The numbers will tell one part of the story.
> The community will tell another.
‼️ But when the person who trusted you with their project can already feel the difference?
That’s the kind of result I care about.
