If your account falls outside the existing eligibility criteria and you believe exceptional circumstances warrant a review, submit your petition before the deadline. Each case will be assessed individually. Submission does not guarantee approval, and wallet ownership verification may be required.
This is the final opportunity to request an exception review. After 21 August, no new petitions, extensions or late requests will be accepted.

It includes a proposed extension for certain eligible V3 LP accounts, along with clarification on how inactive and small-balance accounts would be handled as V3 operations are closed out.

Dubai Market Update ⚠️
The Dubai market on invest.parcl.co will be sunset, with settlement scheduled for December 17, 2025.
What to know:
• All open positions will settle at the Index Price and FPU on Dec 17
• No trading fees will be incurred
• You can close your Dubai position manually anytime before settlement, or take no action and allow automatic settlement
