PARE splits a tokenized stock into two things you can trade separately: the stock itself (at a discount), and the stream of dividends it earns

Pinned Tweet
Every share you have ever owned was two assets stapled together. The price, and the income it throws off. For a hundred years you had to take both. Buy Apple, you get Apple’s dividends whether you wanted them or not. Want the dividends without the exposure? You couldn’t. Want the exposure without the dividends? Also no. PARE takes them apart. Deposit a tokenized stock, get two tokens back. One is the price with the dividend cut away, so it trades under spot and redeems the full share at maturity. The other is the dividend on its own, with zero price risk. Buy the half you actually wanted. Sell the half you didn’t. Put them back together into the original share any time, for free, forever. That last part is the whole design. The free merge is your exit no matter what happens to us, and it’s what keeps both halves honestly priced. Every dividend that trades on its own, on any chain, trades here. We’re the only place that exists. That’s not a boast, it’s just where the category is right now, and we intend to still be saying it when it’s crowded. AAPL, SPY, QQQ and PFE live. No emissions, no lockups, no staking contracts. The contracts can’t be upgraded and the fees were fixed at deploy, so we can’t raise them on you later. Protocol fees buy and burn $PARE. Ca: 0x15d36B6A28d8327ABc7aFABF0F106AE2c9Af5C4d parestocks.com

Most people scroll past 1 to 4% APY. Fair. We're opening a lending market for pPFE, and it changes the number. This is leverage on Pfizer, with the discount doing the heavy lifting. At today's rates the stack pays about 13% a year on your own money, now that will catch attention. Here's how, and where the catch is pPFE already earns about 6.4% a year, fixed, from its discount to PFE. The lending market turns it into collateral on Morpho at 62.5% loan-to-value. Post it, borrow USDG against it, buy more pPFE, post that too. That's a leveraged Pfizer position, except the borrowed part is earning the fixed rate the whole time it's posted. Loop does all of it in one signature: borrow, buy, post, repeat, up to about 2.28x your starting position. Unwind reverses it in one go. The maths at 2.28x. Every dollar of pPFE earns 6.4% a year and you hold 2.28 of them per dollar of your own, so 14.6%. You borrowed 1.28 of them at a starting borrow rate of about 1%, so it costs 1.3%. Net: about 13% a year on your money, before Pfizer's price moves at all. If Pfizer goes up 10%, you're up about 23% on top of that. Margin at a broker costs 5 to 12% for the same exposure. The borrow rate moves with demand: about 1% while the pool sits unused, about 4% once it's 90% borrowed, more above that. The carry only works while the shares earn more than the loan costs, so 13% is a starting figure. The page shows both rates live. The catch, said plainly: leverage cuts both ways. At 2.28x, a 10% fall in Pfizer puts you at the line where the market sells some of your shares to repay. Pfizer moves 1 to 2% on a normal day and more on news. Pick a lower multiple if that line looks close. You see the exact price before you sign.. Borrow. Loop. Unwind. Three buttons. parestocks.com

Roughly $10k of $PARE bought back today and paired with ETH: close to $20k of new full-range liquidity in the PARE/ETH pool, about 10% more depth than what we had this morning. Every trade from here moves the price less than it did yesterday, so the swings get smaller. We build the product and we back the token. More announcements coming soon!

Reminder! The pPFE/USDG pool on Robinhood Chain pays $100 a day in rewards, shared between everyone in it, on top of 0.3% of every trade. At today's pool size Merkl puts that at about 328% APR. pPFE is Pfizer with the dividends removed. It trades under the share and becomes a full share on 31 Dec 2027, so the pool sells it for dollars as it climbs. Take out any day. parestocks.com/dividend-lp

DefiLlama update! Where things stand: PARE's TVL is already tracked on DefiLlama. The yields listing is in review, one pool per series showing the fixed rate for holding pSPY, pAAPL, pQQQ or pPFE to maturity, plus the pPFE/USDG pool with its Merkl rewards in USDG. Their reviewer asked for the series list to come from chain rather than a table, so it now does. Every live vault is listed in a registry contract, and the adapter reads maturity, tokens and pools from the contracts themselves. Why it is worth the effort. Think about who scrolls that page. people holding dollars, comparing pools by rate, by chain and by what backs them. What they usually find is stablecoin farms, LST loops and points. A fixed rate on the S&P 500, set by the market and redeemable for the share itself at maturity, is not something that crowd expects to find there. It will sit in the same sort order as everything else, with a number they can check on chain. Filter by chain, search SPY, and it comes up. Every one of those is a person who did not know PARE existed a minute earlier. DefiLlama also feeds the screeners and aggregators downstream. Get on the yields page once and the rates travel everywhere those pull from.

Buy a Pfizer share for 7.4% less than it costs today. That's pPFE. On 31 Dec 2027 it becomes the full share. Hold it there and you've made 6.3% a year, in shares. Next up: a Morpho market for it, so you can borrow Pfizer shares against your pPFE. Why borrow? Post pPFE, borrow PFE, buy more pPFE, post that as collateral too. Every lap adds more discounted shares. You pay the borrow rate, you keep the discount, and the gap is extra return. Example figures, since the PFE market isn't live yet: at a 2% borrow rate and three laps, that 6.3% lands somewhere around 10 to 12% a year. The real number is whatever the market sets, and the app will show it. All of it is in shares. The dollar value moves with Pfizer's price, up or down, the same as holding the stock. What the loop adds is more shares per dollar you started with.

First look at the new app. Start from what you want to do: a fixed rate, pool rewards, dividends in cash, or a loan. Pick one and it walks you through. Bit more testing left before you can give it a shot!
Sneak peek at the new PARE. The old terminal made you learn the protocol before you could use it. The new app starts from what you want to do: earn a fixed rate, earn pool rewards, cash out dividends, or borrow. Pick one and it walks you through it. Fixed rates are the first thing you see, with every stock's rate side by side. Pick Pfizer, type an amount, choose what you're paying with, and the screen tells you what you get and when it comes back. The number on the card is shares at today's price. The share count is fixed, the dollar value moves with the stock, same as holding it. What you lock in is the discount. Still in testing, not the final version. But the direction is set! fewer steps, plainer wording.

Coming soon with @spicenetio Most people who want dividends on chain don't hold anything on Robinhood Chain yet. Spice Flow fixes that: pay from ETH, Base, Arbitrum or wherever your money sits, in whatever token, and it lands as a PARE position in one step. Roughly 350k wallets have signed up to Spicenet’s portal. Soon every one of them is one step away from a dividend position on Robinhood Chain. Public Beta Campaign: Coming soon

Tracking them is step one. Some hounds on Robinhood Chain are already selling the next few years of SPY dividends today, or buying someone else's at a discount.
cheers to the dividend hounds

6.1% fixed on Pfizer. Here's how. The questions we got today, answered. "Where does the yield come from?" The pool sells pPFE, Pfizer with its dividends stripped out, for 0.927 of a share. It's a full share again on 31 Dec 2027. A 7.3% discount over 15 months is 6.1% a year, locked the second you buy. "Why not just stake stables?" Staking pays you to lend dollars. This pays you to hold a stock you wanted anyway. If you'd own Pfizer either way, this is Pfizer plus a rate you know in advance. "What's the catch?" Your money follows Pfizer's price. That's the one variable. The rate doesn't move, even if Pfizer cuts the dividend. "Can I get out?" Any day. Sell it back on Uniswap, the pool takes its usual 0.3% swap fee, no lockup, no maturity to wait for. "Can I go bigger?" On the S&P version, yes. Post pSPY on Morpho, borrow USDG at 0.79%, buy more pSPY. That's the loop. Thin spread on SPY and you're levered to the index, so size it like you mean it.

Let me sell you PARE in a few paragraphs. Every stock is coming on chain, whether Wall Street likes it or not. Robinhood is doing it now. When they do, every one of those shares carries a dividend nobody can do anything with. That's the biggest untouched yield in crypto and it's sitting in wallets doing nothing. We built the market for it. First four stocks are live. The rates layer for tokenized equities is a category, and we're standing in it before anyone has noticed it exists. Why you use it: your Pfizer pays 6% a year. Sell the dividend today and keep the shares. Or buy the share at a discount and lock 6% fixed, on chain, no leverage, no lockup. Stocks have never been able to do this. Now they can, and it's a simple click. Why you add to the LP: a pool that pays 0.3% of every trade plus 100 USDG a day (currently running in our Merkl campaign), split between a handful of wallets, on a chain that's about to get every ticker Robinhood lists. You are early in the way people say they wish they had been. Why a startup: because the big guys can't move like we can. Brokers can't build derivatives on the stocks they list, the big yield protocols are built for crypto yield, and banks only do this for institutions in size. That leaves the door open, and small teams walk through doors. We shipped a pool, an audit, ETH routing and a listing in a few weeks. Coming: a second audit starting the 23rd, then our first series that pays every month, then an app your Gran will be able to use. We're a small team that ships daily on a chain that's growing weekly, in a category with no ceiling. Every stock. Every dividend. One rates market. We're building it in the open, and it's live now. parestocks.com

A few things in the works @PashovAuditGrp starts a second review on 23 September, this time of the contract behind the Pfizer pool. Until they sign off it stays marked "in review" in the app, with exact-amount approvals only. The app is getting a major facelift. One version for everyone, from people who have never held a wallet to people who want every number on screen. The goal here is to make onboarding as smooth as possible. Lots more in store as well, should be a fun week with some exiting things planned with @spicenetio
