Vandaag sprak ik tijdens de Vakdag Fondsenwerving @VakbladFW over hoe organisaties aan de slag kunnen met diversiteit en inclusie. Een mooie sessie met 40 deelnemers die naar huis gingen met een 5-tal tips van ervaringsdeskundigen. 1: Bespreek diversiteitsbeleid met je directie!
