I am thrilled to spotlight @VictorGabriel_H Victor Gabriel El-Hajj, our stellar Postdoctoral Research Fellow @TJUHNeurosurg as he gears up for this season’s neurosurgery match! He graduated from the prestigious Karolinska Institutet, scored off the chart on his boards and published 100s of papers, but above all he’s a wonderful human being a team player and a pleasure to work with! He is the real deal, one of a kind! Neurosurgery Programs he’s a gem don’t miss out keep an eye on his application!

Neurosurgeons from different parts of the world deal differently with complications: - Our European colleagues were more likely to question their clinical abilities and less likely to admit fault to the patient every time - US neurosurgeons were more frequently implicated in litigation and were more likely to utilize faith, mindfulness, and therapy - The principle of forgive and remember provides a constructive framework facilitating moving forward, while remembering and learning from complications. Great work by our brilliant research fellow @VictorGabriel_H @TJUHNeurosurg, having our artwork on the cover of the journal was the icing on the cake! @TheJNS
