Young men do not need another fake promise or quick fix. Yes, life is hard. The economy is hard. Building a future is hard. But doom scrolling, blaming everyone else, and waiting for someone to rescue you will only leave you miserable and unproductive. Stop asking, “Who caused the problem?” Start asking, “What am I going to do about it?”

“I don’t want to impose my faith on my kids.” Of course you should. Lovingly, graciously, and humbly teach them the Bible, take them to church, pray with them, and tell them what God has done in your life. If you do not disciple your children, the world will. Build a legacy of faith that your children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren can carry forward for generations.

Christianity was never supposed to make your life easy. Jesus did not say, “Follow Me, and you’ll avoid pain.” He said to pick up your cross. Hardship is not always evidence that God has abandoned you. Sometimes it is how He disciplines you, strengthens you, and prepares you to carry greater responsibility. Before we get to heaven, we are going to go through some hell. Stay in the fight.

A family cannot be led by a boy who refuses responsibility. A godly man gets up every day ready to protect, provide, serve, and sacrifice for his wife and children. Your family doesn’t need you to be perfect. They need you to grow up, show up, and lead.
