Day 445 of being under investigation for a non existent crime after @SEGA @SEGA_OFFICIAL colluded with @CityPolice to raid my house, steal my consoles and are now trying to frame me for a non existent crime to cover up their own negligence. The police procured illegal search warrants based on lies and thought the shock of a 7am raid would scare me in to signing away ownership my lawfully owned consoles. To anyone else it would have worked. I refused. Sega then asked me to apologise, admitting liability where none exists, likely to justify a forfeiture attempt . My response was an unequivocal “FUCK YOU” delivered via instagram, confirmed received by Sega via my solicitor and remains the same today. The police have tampered with an interview transcript, not realising I was recording the whole thing myself. Their transcript hides the names of the witnesses who can prove I am entirely innocent. This was done to drag this out as long as possible to burn me out. I said cool, charge me. I’m entirely innocent, no crime ever occurred, lets go all the way to full trial and expose EVERYTHING to a judge. One of the most blatant acts of corruption are displayed below. The applicants copy of a search warrant vs the occupiers copy. The scope of the warrant authorised by a judge? Limited to “Suites 17 & 18 Ensign House” The occupiers copy? Suddenly expands to the entire building. That means someones tampered with a judicially authorised document. That may be a criminal offence. Sega is being represented in my Human Rights lawsuit by a firm who specialises in private prosecutions. They likely know there is a real risk someone has committed a criminal offence in instigating a raid based on zero lawful justification. No wonder they want this dragged out to try and avoid accountability. Does it seem like i’m going to burn out? I promise the entire world will discover what @SEGA have instigated. A police corruption scandal. And they had the audacity to accuse me of running an extortion exercise despite all this evidence.

Day 441 of being under investigation for a non existent crime after @SEGA raided my home with @CityPolice to steal 150 of my consoles and are trying to frame me for a crime to cover up their own negligence. No theft report, baseless accusations of money laundering, changing interview transcripts to hide the names of witnesses that can prove I’m ENTIRELY innocent, asking me to disclaim my lawful ownership of MY property to give it back to @SEGA , falsely claiming items that came from Segas own offices were counterfeit to retrospectively justify the unlawful raid. Every complaint ignored or dismissed. How deep does the corruption go?!
