🔥 UPDATE: Chernihiv has declared 30 October a day of mourning. The two girls killed by Russia have been named: Yana Pieshkova, 15, and her classmate Maria Mozgova. Yana trained in rhythmic gymnastics at Magic Sports. Both girls attended Chernihiv Lyceum No. 1. The reported number of people hurt in Chernihiv has risen to 31. The girls were walking down a street when Russia struck the city centre. Their lyceum has lost two classmates; Magic Sports has lost a young gymnast.

A crew member aboard CONTSHIP JET filmed a Russian surface drone racing toward the vessel about 30 km from Shabla, Bulgaria. A white wake trails behind it as the camera closes in. That drone was one of three that struck the ship. Bulgarian authorities have so far avoided directly naming Russia in their comments on the attack. A merchant vessel was hit three times off their coast. The crew recorded an approaching drone. Officials should be able to say who sent it.
