Life is not really hard, as long as people are willing to communicate
Just to close the loop on this, we’ve spoken about everything properly and cleared things up.
I got the clarity and closure I was looking for, and I also want to be fair to them: some of what happened wasn’t what I initially understood it to be, and I don’t want my earlier comments to leave the wrong impression about their character or intentions.
We’ve had the necessary conversation, sorted things out privately, and as far as I’m concerned, the matter is resolved.
