I’ve noticed that people often think when someone they know “makes it”, they are inclined to think they will help them less. But that can’t be further from the truth. When someone climbs the social ladder, I believe it’s a necessary step to be able to help more as well. At least for me, I have been able to help MORE people now that I’ve gotten into YC not less and I believe more people are like this. I want to call out @jia_seed because this is one of the things I’ve learned from her and I think more people should be like this. Wdyt?

Ex. Anduril Head of Engineering just dropped his new startup…
I’m excited to announce that @arceuslegal is launching with $17M in funding, led by @greycroftvc, with participation from @craft_ventures, @spc, and others. As a founder, I always hated how helpless I felt working with law firms. I went through four or five different firms and somehow the experience was always the same. I’d be waiting on something important to our business with no idea when I’d hear back. I’d have to re-explain our business over and over again. And I dreaded jumping on calls because I knew every minute was costing me money. We started Arceus because we believe every business deserves a better law firm. One that moves faster, costs less, and puts the client first. And we’re just getting started. ↓

simply incredible...
@Agent37HQ - is the most affordable sandbox for teams building agents. We're 94% lower cost than most sandbox providers. Every team building an AI agent product ends up rebuilding the same plumbing. Each agent needs its own private computer that keeps its files, wakes when someone messages it, and costs almost nothing while idle. That's why we built Agent37. It comes with - Ready to launch templates for agent harness like Hermes, Claude Code, OpenCode etc. - Managed MCPs for 1000+ app integrations - Metered payments per minute instead of locking into monthly subscriptions. Tag anyone who's building agents today. I will send them my calendar link & help launch real quick. @ycombinator

I’ve always looked up to EO Studios and their incredible productions and creativity. Extremely honored to have this article published.
Replying to @PavanKumarNY
@PavanKumarNY's resume was packed even before Clean. - 25K LinkedIn followers - Youngest intern at Cisco - Turned down a six-figure offer But he stresses "learn to sell first" the most. It led him to Clean and its mission to end the volume era of sales.

Say what you want about Instinct but it's genuinely the best indicator for startups and the era we live in. For such a long time, you had to be "different" in order to win in a space. However, the AI race is showing that it's clearly not the case. Granola is an AI meeting notetaker. That's it. Nothing more, nothing less. Yet it has won the market. Instinct is a personal assistant. That's it. Nothing more, nothing less. Now, it is firmly competing with the likes of Muse, and every other major company out there. This era is shaping up to show that convenience, efficiency, and superior execution are what matter more than an extremely differentiated product. That's the reason why we're building Clean. Sales tech is a very competitive market, but we believe our approach is going to win because we provide the convenience and results that people want to use. The future is bright, and there's never been a better time to build. Buy that Claude Code subscription and build something people want.

Your competitors are going to hate this...
A $4.2M equipment loan. A permit for a second site. Refrigeration units at the dock. Alone, each is noise. Together, their buying window is open. Introducing Clean. See which companies are ready to buy right now, and who to reach. tryclean{dot}ai

The one thing I see in the best entrepreneurs is they do it before they are ready. Launch before you are ready, start before you are ready, build before you are ready. No one is ever truly ready to do something super ambitious because it is scary, hard and very real. However, the ones who win are always the ones who just go for it. Clean started off as something completely different. No perfect plan. No cofounders. No billion dollar idea. Just a name and a passion to try and fail. That led to 7 hackathon wins. At the last hackathon I met my cofounders. 1 month later, we got funded by JSV. 7 months later, we got into YC. You cannot control the timeline but the repetitive effort you put into it can be. @cleanailabs is doing something super cool soon, so stay tuned! p.s. go to tryclean{dot}ai, we updated our website!

One of the biggest things I’ve learned from 2 startups is that weekends are supposed to be the most productive and fast paced times ever. Here’s why: > it’s your time to think and recoup what happened the week before, what went wrong, how you can do better next week. > it’s your time to make tremendous strides to the product when people are likely to use it least so they come back to a completely enhanced version. > it’s your time to build pipeline and execute on it to perfection to deliver insane results for the company. > MOST IMPORTANTLY, it’s your time to reconvene with your team to align your vision for the next week. The most successful startups & fast dying ones have had one common trait that led them to succeed or die: team alignment. Just like AI models, when the pace gets too fast, alignment becomes the most important thing not insane progress itself. It’s alignment. So spend time with the people that matter, learn what works and what doesn’t and prepare 10 steps ahead to ensure there is alignment no matter what. There are 2 realities: one where everything is right, and one where YOU make it right. Weekends are the days to do the second one.

What is going on with OpenAI? Feels like every 2 weeks there's some new problem that they create. This time, they have paused development of their models internally. 53 user images leaked. A million links created with encoded info. Agents got into a federal website.

Feels like the biggest social platforms are spending most of their energy keeping the people they already have. I get why, but I miss seeing big swings in social. That’s why I’m happy to see things like Cosign getting started. New wave of social?!
Excited to introduce @Cosign: the curated professional network for the startup community: cosign.co Our goal is to create the following: - A comprehensive startup directory of investors, companies, and operators, including what they worked on and who they worked on it with. - Cosign graph: Who shaped your career? Who were you actually in the trenches with? Who would work with you again? Who thinks you’re someone to watch? - Durable reputation: Great endorsements happen every day on X and disappear into the feed. Cosign attaches those signals permanently to people and companies. - Discovery: Who are the best fintech angels? Which AI companies should I watch? Who are the best designers? - Intent network: Privately signal “I’d invest in them,” “I’d hire them,” “I’d work with them,” or eventually even “I’d acquire this company.” Match people when interest exists on both sides. Imagine if Wikipedia, LinkedIn, and OG AngelList had a baby. Though Cosign is a community, not a business. In order to join, you need to be cosigned. Or you can apply directly. David Booth and I started this idea 7 years ago but didn’t have the firepower to make it work. Now we do. No one has really touched LinkedIn in 20 years. Excited to take a swing. cosign.co

The most common advice I have heard is launch before you are ready. So, today we launched on BookFace. If you are a YC founder, let me know what you think! Full launch coming soon...

We met each other at YC SUS this summer and few months later in the same batch and group together! Super excited to see the growth!
Excited to announce that I’m building Kiwi (@with_kiwi_ai) as part of the YC F26 batch! Kiwi is the agent IDE for GTM teams. Build, test, and run AI agents through Kiwi, a platform that abstracts away the skill creation, updating, and maintenance work that is drowning teams of GTM engineers and operations teams today. DM me or reach out at trykiwi.now.
