The need of the hour, pastorally seaking, is not more theological knowledge. It's not a deeper understanding of Puritanism, the five points of Calvin, or Reformed soteriology. It's not a greater emphasis on expositional preaching.
Those are all good things. We must keep doing them. BUT.
What is needed more than anything in this hour is COURAGE.
Men willing to ride principles all the way thru to application, paying the cost of pissing off the ladies of both sexes in their churches. It's not sufficient to fight the battles of 200 years ago. We need to fight the most pressing battles facing us today.
Men willing to smash the idols of the post liberal order—the same idols that are so often confused as the tenets of orthodox Christianity but which represent an alien religion.
Men willing to make war on egalitarianism in all its forms: feminism, multiculturalism, globalism, gay race communism, propositional nationhood, unfettered immigration, genocide of the White race.
I've noticed that the credentialed pastors complain about the courageous men because we don't have enough degrees. But right now degrees don't matter. Courage matters.
