any time i try to come up with another optional voice claim they're from new york. he's sort of... mysteriously new york coded when it comes to how he speaks. actually there IS a lore reason for that. so i win.
"Isaac was born in West Virginia and then migrated to Missouri, so why is his voice claim have a Brooklyn accent?"
No one asked this but myself, anyway the answer is: it's funny to me. It's also not 100% accurate, but again it's mostly just funny
