Hi, I was incorrectly charged a cancellation fee.
We were waiting outside the pickup address at the scheduled time when we received a notification saying the trip had been cancelled. We did not cancel the trip — it was cancelled on Uber’s end.

There is no mention of FTX repaying customers, an article from May 2024 mentions a bankruptcy plan which needs to be approved first. As of today no debts were repaid.
The second part about having $16.3bn is partially correct as per article.
