The @PhoenixWallet FAQ says "The current version of Phoenix offers no advantage regarding privacy over existing, hosted, custodial wallets. We (ACINQ) know the final destination and amount of payments." How does bolt 12 change this for Phoenix wallet, does privacy improve?
