A commission is the exchange of money for a service. Its not a loan. Its a job.
If you are experiencing extremely poor service, ghosting, no communication, ect. It needs to be more acceptable to leave public reviews.
Reviews aren't harassment.

Its not just to protect other buyers either. If you had a great experience with an artist a public good review helps that responsible artist potentially get more clients.
This goes for 2d artists, 3d modelers, fursuitmakers, and writers.
