It is okay to keep the server on read-only while you handle this and take accountability, as it’s obvious that there is a serious issue of understaff - but you need to clarify that you’re going to respond if you plan to, since you absolutely should. You need to do this to move on

Instead of addressing ANYTHING, they’re keeping the Animal Hospital Discord server read-only and wait for everyone talking about the situation to stop talking about it. We are NOT going to let it just “calm down.” DO BETTER, ROYTT AND VAL.

Val kept two minors that were mods. AH got into controversy about having minors as mods and since mods have spoken to me about sometimes having the hours of full time jobs and working for multiple hours in general, moderating a stressful space - her keeping them is not okay!!
