So the @LernerDC refusal to invest in the bullpen doesn’t just affect the @Nationals . It affects the whole system. The Red Wings had a 2-0 lead going into the 8th inning and couldn’t hold it. The Lerners should sell the team if they’re not going to spend on payroll.
