Sitting still all day is a sin
Replying to @lichthauch
If you have the ability to move, sitting still is a sin. There’s too much beauty in the world to be hiding from it.

Nietzsche literally called sitting still the sin against the holy spirit

“You need to affirm constantly that you do believe in God, not merely as a vague abstract concept, but as a real, vivid, actual power in life, always available to be contacted in thought; never changing and never failing.” — Emmet Fox

Discipline becomes irrelevant when you actually do something you love. Gym, job, whatever. People are stuck on the vanity of social media trends but how about you just do something you want to do, no matter what time you wake up.
Who gives a shit if you get up early as you're on the grind or you leisure max after selling a company? Nobody really cares. It's all vanity.

Most of our problems come from the fact that we don’t want to feel something Dog dies, or a family member, lose a job, whatever. Things happen, we don’t want to feel them, and we shove them down. Now life is an avoidance of all these things that will happen anyway. So how can you actually live if life is nothing but avoiding it? Become aware of this as soon as possible

People talk about enlightenment, but in reality it’s just waking up to the fact that this is it. Right here right now. Then you make a move.
You have two lives. The second one begins the day you wake up and realize that this is your life, and you’re the one who has to change it. No one is coming to save you. No one is going to live your dreams for you. It’s on you to become the person you’ve always wanted to be.

The mind will ruminate until the thoughts actually turn into action. So if we are thinking at all it needs to be towards a goal, or plan. If not, we are just thinking to think.
A plan is a conversation with yourself. Doing is a conversation with reality. And only one of them has anything worth saying.

It’s that simple, but not always easy. If you think about garbage all day then that’s what you get. Which means the opposite is also true. We have to see what’s in front of us and realize there is a lens we see it through. Realizing this is more important than anything material.
You can wake up convinced everything in your life is going wrong, or you can go about it deeply grateful for your current circumstances Nothing material has to change. Only your inner disposition. To have faith amidst the storm is the point of it.

There’s always at least one thing we stay hung up on that if we just did it life would drastically change. You get older and this becomes clear. The goal is to learn this as early as possible. To become aware of it The rest is automatic once it’s seen
there are always 2 or 3 decisions you know you should make that would completely change your life. you keep putting them off. they loom large. because making them means trusting your own judgment, risking rejection, and leaving behind the version of life you've gotten comfortable with. but you don't get a bigger life by protecting the one you already have.

I know a guy that died climbing a mountain. He was a friend, I felt sad. But as more time goes on, It makes complete sense. He lived every damn day, while everyone around him his age was watching the price is right. You either live or you don’t, and living can be dangerous.
The brave may not live forever, but the cautious do not live at all

Waking up is literally that - seeing the system you’re running for what it is. To actually see what’s happening and where it came from. It doesn’t matter how good or bad the things are - because once you see them they no longer control you.
study yourself. your patterns. habits. compulsions. trauma. anxieties. insecurities. addictions. once you see them, the unconscious becomes conscious. and the moment you know what they are and how they control you, you awaken. you start to become unstoppable.

It’s one thing to post what you’re doing, but when you have to brag about not having kids etc, it’s basically just a projection of how miserable you’re. She would never go to these festivals if she couldn’t post it.
She's a miserable train wreck except for when she's pretending to be 20 for a few hours on the weekends. I know a dozen women just like her.

Any man that isn’t a pussy knows this is true. You make comments and decisions because you know you can handle it physically or mentally. But you also know that things can go wrong, and that’s the risk. Weak, usually left leaning, do everything they can to avoid that risk.
Easily one of the most important 4Chan texts of all time.

Instead of getting mad at something you did or didn’t do Use it as intel so you can make a better move next time. You should be smiling at your mistakes, because there’s no damn way you will do it again - As long as you notice it. Nothing gives you a choice.

“When the Buddha spoke of impermanence as the source of suffering, when quantum physics revealed the probabilistic nature of reality, when entrepreneurs discover that markets are fundamentally unpredictable, they're all pointing to the same truth: control is an illusion, and the attempt to grasp certainty in an uncertain universe creates the very suffering we're trying to avoid.”

This is corny honestly. True to myself, express my feelings, let myself be happier; new age buzz words. Bottom line do something you love and spend time with those you love. You can do both but society tells you that you can’t. Wake up to this as soon as possible.
something to think about
