The worst thing that can happen to you as a tarantula owner is a damn Phorid fly outbreak. They can decimate your collection dramatically or even fully.
That being said, I fucking lost 4 of my tarantulas to them... ππ

Idk man, but I really do think that we, as animals ourselves, should not be so arrogant and deem another animal as lesser than us just because it is "bothering" you or looks "scary."
Yes, this also goes for pest animals like mosquitoes and ticks. I don't discriminate.
