This is the part of crypto infrastructure that doesn’t get talked about enough. You can have multiple wallets across different chains, but proving they all belong to the same person usually means revealing more information than you actually want to. That’s what caught my attention with @Americanfort_io and their new Provenance Proofs. The idea is simple but powerful: Prove that different addresses came from the same hidden origin without exposing your seed, private keys, or the rest of your wallet. That could have some serious use cases for bridges, exchanges and cross-chain payments. A bridge could verify that the destination wallet belongs to the same user before releasing funds, while an exchange could recognise deposits from a wallet it has already verified. And I like the fact that the user gets to decide how linkable those addresses are. Privacy shouldn’t always mean “hide everything.” Sometimes it should mean you choose what can be proven, to whom, and when. Definitely keeping an eye on what @Americanfort_io does with this next.
