A massive college fraud scandal has been uncovered in released court documents by the Canadian Press. Students at Academy of Learning Career College received over $219 million in OSAP grants. Students were found completing entire courses in 15 minutes. Another student was found to finish a final exam in 6 minutes. One student’s login credentials were used to login with 200 different IP addresses. When contacted by Ministry officials, multiple students were unable to name the program they were studying, the college they were enrolled in, or even to communicate in English.
