So my friend mistakenly sent money to a woman on sunday, she was informed that the transferred money is an error.
She later said the account is with her son schooling at ilaro and she stopped picking calls.
We informed Opay and they told us to inform access bank and the amount is 16k which I guess is little for a court case
But is there anyhow I can get her location and other details, the number is not her main number so I could not find any information on my own. I only have her full name and the number and that her son schools in ilaro.
Is there anyway to get her details or the money back. I will be thankful if anyone can help

It's a wicked act to give birth to number of children you can't take care on your own, even without your partner, it's sad living a poor life because your parent chose to marry a poor partner
It should be punishable under the law if you and your partner can't provide basic needs for your family, more like the government taking the children away and making you work for money in prison, and the money be used to raise the kids.
