Sounds very interesting. Do you know if pathogens can exploit this pathway to impair immune responses? Most CD8 T cell responses seem to be cDC1 mediated.

We haven’t investigated this ourselves, but there are, for example, many reports on PGE2 during type 2 inflammation and exploitation of this pathway by helminth.
