When you say all traders are a-booked, in a traditional sense I would understand that as all traders have their trades executed on live markets. You imply this where you said 'We are the only A-Book prop firm. We win when our traders win.'

For you to win when traders win the trades need to be executed where you are not the counterparty. This explanation of traders being in what you call “live” mode and putting them on your exchange book doesn't sound what I would call a-book.
Also why the quotation marks around live, are funded accounts live, or not?.
As far as I can understand, a-booking every funded trade, and winning when funded traders win (for every funded account) is not possible. First of all, the volume is too large, second it's a guaranteed way to lose money given the profit split setup.
I would love to understand what exactly you mean by a-book and how you win when funded traders win (and presumably lose when they lose).

Hope this doesn't sound to accusatory. I am sceptical, but honestly do want to understand your explanation how this works.
