I would’ve absolutely LOVED to see Belinda being a mum from the start.
But yes, it’s the mechanism of which she becomes a mother- Conrad, a conservative, forcing her to be a mother because he sees it as a Woman’s place. A position which distresses her in Wish World!!!

I think the thing is that Belinda wanting to be a mum came out of nowhere. It’s not so much the ending itself that we criticise, because Poppy getting to live is wonderful but it’s that there was nothing in earlier episodes to suggest it was something Bel wanted!
